Yes! The Free plan includes 1 project with boards, tasks, and notes. No credit card required.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?+

Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately.

Is my data encrypted?+

Yes. All sensitive data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. We host on EU servers (Convex eu-west-1) for GDPR compliance.

Do you offer team/organisation plans?+

Yes. Organisation plans start at $29/month for 3 users and scale up to enterprise-level with SSO, audit logs, and dedicated support.

Can I use my own AI model?+

Yes. You can bring your own Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI API key in Settings, or use MiniMax 2.5 — our free default AI — at no extra cost.

What's included in the GitHub integration?+

Full repo management: pull requests, issues, commits, branches, workflow actions, AI code review, and an AI feature builder that can create branches and open PRs directly from Monospace.

Is there an API?+

Yes. We have a bot/API system for creating cards, tasks, and interacting with your projects programmatically. See our docs for details.

Can I self-host Monospace?+

Not currently. Monospace is a hosted SaaS product. We handle all infrastructure, updates, and security so you can focus on your work.
